  • Senior Secondary (12th) with a minimum of 50% marks and a 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.) 
  • Senior Secondary (12th) with 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (Special Education)
  • Graduate degree in any stream and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education

Middle School Teacher for 6 to 8

  • Graduation degree in any subject with a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks and a B.Ed qualification

Applicants will first take a written examination.
• Then, a cut-off will be issued based on the exam.
• Applicants who qualify for the cut-off will be called for document verification.
• Then, a final merit list will be prepared.
• After that, a joining letter will be issued.

Q1. Can a candidate apply for both Primary and TGT?

Ans: If the candidate qualifies for both posts and clears the required TET/STET, the option to apply for multiple levels was given in previous recruitments; the final rules are confirmed after the notification.

Ans: There was no negative marking in previous TRE exams; it is expected that there will be no negative marking in TRE 4.0 as well.

Q3. Can I apply if the TET/STET certificate has not been issued yet?
